For addresses inside Jakarta, goods are delivered straight from our Jakarta depot.

For destinations in Tangerang, Serpong, BSD, or Bekasi, here it is plainly: we don't run direct trucks from Bandung to those cities. Consignments travel on the Bandung–Jakarta line-haul to our Jakarta depot and are then delivered onward from the Jakarta side. Delivery still reaches the recipient's address; it generally needs another half to one business day, and there's an onward-delivery component priced separately.
